New and Improved Accommodations
Pool View Rooms
We’ve transformed two of our Pool View Rooms into a charming two-bedroom cottage, now known as the Creek Cottage. The remaining four Pool View Rooms received a soft refurbish with fresh, new linen.
Garden Rooms & Suites
Our Garden Rooms have undergone a significant transformation. We have transformed 39 of our Garden Rooms into spacious Garden Suites, featuring a complete facelift. We added new roofs, and patios, expanded the living areas, upgraded the bathrooms, and introduced new linen and décor. Two rooms remained as Garden Rooms but still received a stylish update with new linen and decor.
Previously known as our Honeymoon Suites, have been entirely revamped and renamed as the Amani Suite and Mzuri Suite. They are now bigger, with modern bathrooms, new furniture, and luxurious linen.
Creek View Rooms
Although the full renovation is still in progress, five of the Creek View Rooms have been upgraded with new bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. The remaining rooms will be completed in the coming months.
Guest House
The Guest House has been revitalized inside and out, featuring new furniture and fresh linen for a more welcoming feel.
Enhanced Conference Facilities
Our conference facilities have been refurbished to provide a more professional and inviting atmosphere. We painted the rooms, sanded and painted the tables, upholstered the chairs, and added new name signs.
Other Upgraded Amenities
Private Beach and Bar
We replaced the thatch lapas with wooden poles for better shading and painted all the furniture. Additionally, we introduced new towels, launched a new bar menu, and started our popular Friday Beach BBQ. The Jetty received a new pontoon and some much-needed attention.
Restaurant
The Restaurant now boasts new linen, buffet serving equipment, and pot plants. Additionally, the thatch roof received some tender loving care.
Animation Area
We painted the animation area, removed the thatch roof above the desk, and created a new feature wall behind the desk. The seating area has also received new cushions.
Urembo Gift Shop
Previously known simply as the gift shop, Urembo has a fresh new look with DIY shelves, new items, and painted walls.
Mbali Spa
Our spa has moved to a new building, offering more space and enhanced privacy. It was painted and received new linen, products, and signage.
Reception Area
The Reception Area now features a new awards wall, new décor, and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming first impression.
