The Kilifi Gold Triathlon is East Africa’s most beloved sprint triathlon and with good reason.
Founded in 2003 by a small group of friends raising funds for local causes, the KGT has grown into the most popular sprint triathlon in East Africa, attracting athletes from across the globe and raising millions of shillings for grassroots projects in the Kilifi community.
Each year, the KGT supports impactful, local initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of Kilifians in need, making this race not just about fitness, but about purpose.
